NECC also offers direct technical support through Support Services. (NECC Support
Services is for U.S. and Canadian customers only; international customers should
contact the local NEC office or dealer for the support and service available in your
country.)
Direct assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call the NECC Support
Services, toll free, at
System hardware — toll-free phone support is limited to the length of the standard

warranty.
For hardware support after the standard warranty, get system hardware support for a
fee.
Preinstalled software — toll-free phone support for 90 days from the time of your

first call to the NECC Support Services.
After the initial 90 days, get preinstalled software support for a fee.
Please have available your system's name, model number, serial number, and as much
information as possible about your system's problem before calling.
For outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact your local NEC office or dealer for the
support and service available in your country.
