Connecting EXT3-U3-T/R

• PSU may be deployed on either the transmitter or the receiver, or both.
To connect EXT3-U3-T/R as illustrated in the example in
1. Connect the USB type B port
2. Connect the RS-232 ports:
On the EXT3-U3-T, connect the RS-232 3-pin terminal block

controller (for example, RC-208).
On the EXT3-U3-R, connect the RS-232 3-pin terminal block


Alternatively, you can connect RS-232 ports the other way around: connect a controlled
device to the EXT3-U3-T RS-232 port and a controller to the EXT3-U3-R RS-232 port.
3. Connect the USB type A ports

For best device current performance, it is recommended to connect a PSU at the
