13. Can mini-ISO control PTZ of Pelco protocol?
A: Currently, the PTZ controlling under the Pelco protocol is not supported. The mini-ISO supports controlling
PTZ via Visca protocol only.

6.3 Upgrade Guideline

Online Upgrade
mini-ISO supports online upgrade in the cloud.
Upgrade method: Online upgrade
Upgrade steps:
1. Use a network cable to connect the mini-ISO's network port to the computer's network port.
2. Open the network settings on your computer and make sure that your computer is connected
to the LAN where the device is located (e.g., automatically obtain an IP address through DHCP) to
ensure normal communication.
3. Select "Settings" > "Update" to enter the upgrade interface as follows.
4. The system automatically checks the device's version. It displays "already the latest one" if the
device is up-to-date.
