RGBlink mini-pro FAQ
Q. When there is a problem with the mini-pro.
A: It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version of the program first, reset and
restart.
Q. Points to note when upgrading mini-pro.
A: It is recommended to disable other adapter options in the network and Internet
(except connecting to the mini-pro network port), turn off DHCP on the device, and
reset and restart the device after the upgrade is complete.
Q. If the mini-pro has a power supply problem.
A: Please try to change the power adapter (support 20W).
Q. The mini-pro cannot control PTZ.
A: Please confirm that the ip address of mini-pro and PTZ are in the same network
segment, for example, the ip address of PTZ is 192.168.5.163, please set the ip
address of mini-pro to 192.168.5.X ((2~254) Except 163), confirm on the mini XPOSE
whether the Visca port number in the PTZ settings is the corresponding port number,
for example, the Visca port number of the PTZ of RGBlink is 1259.
Q.mini-pro's USB2.0 recording U disk cannot be recognized.
A: Please format the U disk (exFAT, FAT32).
Q. The USB3.0 streaming of mini-pro cannot recognize the image.
A: Please confirm whether the computer configuration meets the following
conditions. If not, please choose one of the following methods 6.1)-6.5) to test:
Windows:
CPU: i5 and above
RAM: 8 GB and above
Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit and above processor
Graphics card: Support DirectX 9 128M and above (turn on AERO effect)
Hard disk space: 16G or more (primary partition, NTFS format)
Interface: USB 3.0 or type c
Others: Do not run multiple video capture or editing software on the computer at
the same time
