Troubleshooting

Before asking for servicing, check the symptoms on the following table.
Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution or if the problem is not
described below.

Cannot drag and drop the

Cause/solution
• The color of the recorder icon is gray.
a The connection test of the recorder has not succeeded.
Perform the connection test. If the connection test fails,
check whether the settings of the recorder are correct.

rect by performing the connection test.

• The image and displayed time-and-date has not been
refreshed.
a The recorder and the camera may be disconnected.
