There are two ways to generate Audit Trail Reports. For a detailed and flexible
analysis, navigate to the Audit tile from the Main screen. When initially opening the
Audit Trail tile, the Audit Trail displays data from the current monthly file. Use the
dropdowns above the header to modify the monthly range and select Get Data. Each
column of the Audit Trail contains a filter icon allowing data to be filtered by User ID,
Name, Date and Time, Action, User Comment, Console Machine ID, and RT hardware
serial number.
The second method of generating an audit report is tied specifically to a Qualification
file through the Reporting tool. From the Asset screen, select the desired Asset, then
the desired Qualification file. Define the cycles and proceed to the Standard reports
