Important Cautions concerning power-off and error occurrence
If the sensor moves while the converter power is OFF or when an error is present, it mightn't detect
accurate machine positions thereafter.
The zero position setting should be done after turning ON the power supply or clearing the error.
For setting details, refer to "8-7. Zero Point setting".
