Storage information and shelf life
Store in a dry place and protect from sunlight. Standard
products have a maximum shelf life of 36 months. The
products then have a usage period of 6 months. The usage
period depends on correct handling (e.g. care, donning and
doffing) and normal use of the products. The usage period of
the medical device is printed on the adhesive label with an
hourglass symbol.
Indications
Lymphoedema, venous oedema, lipoedema, post-traumatic
oedema, post-operative oedema
Contraindications
Advanced peripheral arterial disease (if one of these param-
eters applies: ABPI < 0.5, ankle artery pressure < 60 mmHg,
toe pressure < 30 mmHg or TcPO2 < 20 mmHg instep).
Decompensated heart failure (NYHA III + IV), septic phlebitis,
phlegmasia cerulea dolens.
In the following cases, the decision about treatment should be
made considering the benefits and risks as well as choosing
the most suitable compression option:
Pronounced weeping dermatoses, intolerance to the com-
pression material, severe sensory disorders of the extremities,
advanced peripheral neuropathy (e.g. diabetes mellitus),
primary chronic polyarthritis.
Important
Open wounds in the area to be treated must be covered with
a sterile wound dressing adapted to exudate management
before Juzo SleepCompress can be applied. Softcompress
cannot accept liability for any failure to comply with these
contraindications.
Side effects
There are no known side effects when this product is used
correctly. However, if you notice any adverse changes (e.g.
irritation of the skin) during the prescribed use, please consult
your doctor or medical retailer immediately. If you know that
you are intolerant to one or more of the product's components,
please consult your doctor before using the product. If your
symptoms worsen during the time you are wearing the
product, please take it off and consult a medical specialist
immediately. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for
damage / injuries resulting from improper use or misuse. In the
event of complaints related to this product, such as damage
to the material or problems with the fit, please contact the
medical retailer directly. Only serious incidents that may lead to
a major deterioration in the patient's health or to death should
be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant authority in
the Member State. Serious incidents are defined in Article 2
(65) Regulation (EU) 2017 / 745 (MDR).
Disposal
You can dispose of your Juzo SleepCompress in the usual way.
There are no specific disposal instructions.

Usage prévu
Le Juzo SleepCompress renforce efficacement le traitement
compressif, aussi bien pendant le sommeil qu'au cours
des périodes de repos pendant la journée. Le traitement
compressif entraîne la réduction des œdèmes et l'accélération
du retour veineux. Les sillons de mousse verticaux forment une
structure de surface unique qui favorise le drainage du liquide
lymphatique.
Conseils pour l'application
Votre pharmacie / orthopédie ou votre thérapeute se fera un
plaisir de vous indiquer comment l'utiliser correctement. Avant
le premier port, les scratchs doivent être fixés sur le produit.
Veillez à ce que l'étiquette se trouve sur la face interne. Au
cours de l'enfilage ou du port, il ne doit pas se former de gros
plis. Si besoin, vous pouvez ajuster la pression du produit en
réajustant les scratchs de bas en haut. Le Juzo SleepCompress
peut également être utilisé sans la manche d'enfilage.
Bras (A)
1. Les segments bras Juzo SleepCompress sont disponibles
pour un port à droite comme à gauche. Les fermetures à
scratch doivent être fixées sur le produit.
2. Passez votre bras dans la manche d'enfilage. La paume de
la main est alors tournée vers le haut. Positionnez mainte-
nant le bord supérieur du segment sous l'aisselle. La zone
confort du segment bras se trouve dans le creux du coude.
3. Pliez votre bras à 90° et commencez à fermer les scratchs
se trouvant sur la main. À cet effet, tirez-les fermement vers
l'extérieur de la main. Poursuivez en fermant les scratchs
de bas en haut
4. Assurez-vous que le produit exerce une pression de
compression agréable et perceptible. Si vous ressentez des
douleurs ou d'autres troubles, desserrez les fermetures à
scratch.
