Test procedure

The calibration status of the instrument's signal path correction test
must pass for the probe calibration routine you run.
1. Select Instrument Calibration from the Utilities menu.
2. In the Calibration box, make sure the Status field says Pass. If not,
remove all probes and signal sources from the oscilloscope and
run the signal path correction routine.
If the signal path correction test status is Pass, run the next probe
calibration routine.

3. Connect the probe to one of the oscilloscope channels and set the

instructions specific to probe calibration, refer to your
oscilloscope manual or online help.
