    ENGLISH BEFORE YOU BEGIN LOCATION OF THE UNIT TRAINING AREA FREE AREA Place the equipment on a level and stable surface away from direct sunlight. The instructions below describe one approach to adjusting the TBC to ensure optimal user comfort and ideal body positioning; you may choose to adjust the TBC differently.
