For E50 Unplug the cable at J03 and be sure console cable is inserted in JP1 (Fig-1) .Use multi-meter set to DC voltage to check the voltage of JP03 pin1& Pin2. If cannot measure any voltage, replace LCB. If you measure any voltage replace console.
