When a KeyPad TouchScreen malfunction is detected, the Ajax app displays a
malfunction counter on the device icon. All malfunctions are indicated in the
keypad's states. Fields with malfunctions will be highlighted in red.
A malfunction is displayed if:
the keypad enclosure is open (tamper is triggered);
there is no connection with the hub;
the keypad backup battery is low;
the backup battery is not installed;
the backup battery is malfunctioned;
KeyPad TouchScreen has a malfunction and cannot charge the backup
battery;
low voltage on the Fibra line;
the keypad temperature is outside acceptable limits.
Icons
Icons in the app
The icons in the app display some keypad states. To access them:
1. Sign in to the Ajax app
2. Select the hub.
3. Go to the Devices
Icon
Fibra signal strength. Displays the signal strength between the hub and the
device. The recommended value is 2–3 bars.
