2.1 First Start-Up

1. Make sure that the latest version of the TMCL-IDE V3.X is installed. Download the TMCL-IDE V3.X
from
https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/evaluation-hardware-and-software/motor-motion-
control-software/tmcl-ide.html.
2. Set the
IREF jumper JP1 and JP2

4. Connect the stepper motor phases to the TMCM-1290-EVAL
