    One or more test chambers are connected to the device at the same time. After closing the test chamber*, the measuring process is started and the test chamber is evacuated. In the case of customer test chambers and INFICON test chambers (optionally available), the customer activates the measuring process via an interface.

    ► Connect the ELT Vmax and the CP7 to an equipotential bonding. ► Do not operate ELT Vmax and the CP7 in the immediate vicinity of dangerous electrical voltages. ► Disconnect the ELT Vmax from the power supply immediately by pulling out the 24V DC plug in the event of recognizable defects.
