Ensure all lids are closed and wait for
the temperature to stabilise.
Check the setpoint temperature and
adjust to the required temperature.
Calibrate each chamber using a high
precision thermometer

Check mains and main fuse
Activate CO gas regulator

Check gas supply, make sure that 0.5-
1.0 bar of gas pressure is applied
Check CO setpoint and adjust to the

required concentration
Recalibrate the gas concentration
Close lid(s)
Check the seals are intact
Allow system to stabilise by closing all
lids
Check CO gas supply; make sure that

pressure is kept stable at 0.5-1.0 bar
