COM module selection

This tumble dryer is equipped with an integrated WiFi module. However, the dryer can also
be equipped with an external module.
- Factory default:
Off

Internal mod. Domestic
The internal WiFi module is used.

External mod. Professional
An XKM module is inserted into the module slot.

Availability of Miele digital products

The ability of Miele digital products depends on the availability of the services in your coun-
try.
The different services are not available in all countries.

WiFi / LAN

Control the networking of your tumble dryer.
Networking of the tumble dryer for use with the digital Professional tools is only possible
with the external module. The internal module can only be used by the Miele Customer
Service Department.

Deactivate
The network remains set up; the WiFi function is switched off.

(visible when the network is deactivated)
Activate
The WiFi function is reactivated.

(visible when the network is activated)
Connection status
The following values are displayed:
– the quality of WiFi reception
– the network name
– the IP address

(visible when set up)
Set up again
Resets the WiFi login (network) to immediately re-establish a new connection.

(visible when set up)
Reset
The network is no longer set up. A new connection has to be established in order to use
the network again.
– The WiFi is switched off.
– The WiFi connection will be reset to the factory default setting.
