Adjustment for clutch lever

•When engine started, in case need braking or gear shift, tightly hold clutch lever
to let friction plates of clutch separate to cut off the power transmission from
engine.
•The free play at end of clutch lever shall be within 5-8mm, in case it is incorrect,
please adjust as below:
-Remove the rubber jacket
-Loosen locking nut 1
-Turn the adjustor 2, to make free play within 5-8mm.
-Lock up nut 1
-Re-assemble the rubber jacket
Too wide the free play of clutch lever is easy to produce abrasion and
malfunction on clutch and gearshift device.

Adjustment for gearshift pedal

•During driving, the road conditions are various, gearshift pedal can change
speed and traction force.
•The rod for gearshift pedal is adjustable to suit your driving habit.
-Loosen 2 pieces of hex. nut 1 for locking up connective rod for gearshift.
-Turn the connective rod 2 of gearshift, to adjust the gearshift pedal to the
position make you comfortable during driving.
-Finally lock up the hex. nut.
