Adjustment for transmission chain

•Too tight or loose the chain are both incorrect.
•Too loose the chain, it may cause the chain drop during driving then lead to
accident.
•Too tight the chain is bad for its working life, meanwhile increase
resistance for power transmission.
The correct way for adjust chain is as shown:
In case the tightness of chain fail to meet the demand, the adjustment is
necessary.
•Keep motorcycle upright by parking rack.
•Loosen nut 1 for rear wheel axle, adjusting bolt 2 for adjustment, then
adjust the bolt according to tightness of chain.
•In case too loose the chain, please turn the bolt anticlockwise.
•In case too tight the chain, turn the bolt clockwise, then powerfully push the
motorcycle forward to get it loose.
•When the chain got the suitable tightness, fine tuning for bolt at left and
right, let the scale lines on adjusting piece and rear fork aligned.
•Lock up nut 1 for rear wheel axle on left and right
side for adjustment.

This kind of driving chain is without opening, the one with
opening could not be adopted, otherwise it leads to accident.
Replace this kind of driving chain need tools for it only, poor
riveting for links without opening will also leads to chain break
up even accident.
