Install Feed Tray
1. Insert the feed tray by sliding the tabs into
the slots at the back top of the scanner.

Connect Scanner

1. Connect the power adapter to the back of the
scanner.
2. Plug one end of the power cord into the power
adapter, and plug the other end into a wall outlet
or any other power source.
3. Connect one end of the USB cable to your
computer, and connect the other end of the
cable to the USB port on the scanner.
4. Press the power switch located on the back of
the scanner to the "I" position.
5. Press and hold the Power button ( ) on the
front panel of the scanner for approximately 2
seconds. The Power button indicator will then
turn into a constant white light, indicating that
the scanner has been detected by your system
and is ready to scan.
2. Push the tray down until it locks in place,
and ensure that the tray sits tightly on the
scanner.
