5. Carefully apply a thin coating of Penetrox heat sink compound to the mating surfaces of the leads
and terminals B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6 of each chopper module board. See Wiring Diagram.
6. Using a 7/16" nutdriver, attach the six screws, lock washers and flat washers securing leads to
terminals B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6 on each of the chopper module boards. See Wiring Diagram.
Torque to 110 in-lbs.
7. Perform the Front Panel Replacement Procedure.
