14. Perform any tests / replacement procedure.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Position the engine case side onto the machine.
2. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, tighten the two bottom screws securing the engine case side to the machine.
3. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, attach the two screws and flat washers securing the engine case side to the
machine.
4. Position the front case side onto the machine.
5. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, tighten the two bottom screws securing the front case side to the machine.
6. Remove the fuel cap.
7. Carefully position the roof onto the machine.
8. Attach the cover seal, fuel cap and fuel trough to the machine.
9. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, attach the nine screws and flat washers securing the roof to the machine.
10. Position the right case side onto the machine.
11. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, attach the six screws and flat washers securing the right case side to the
machine.
12. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, tighten the two bottom screws securing the right case side to the machine.
13. Carefully position the door slide onto the machine.
14. Using a 1/2" nutdriver, attach the nine screws and flat washers securing the door slide to the
machine.
15. Position the door assembly into the door slide.
