Slide track fault finding

|
Basic principle – Treat the 1100 slide track as two separate lifts.
Order of operation
1.
User presses toggle and lift travels up.
2.
The 1100 PCB sends an RF signal (via the RF PCB) to the battery box.
3.
The battery box – think of this as a stripped out 950, because essentially this is what it is
– receives that signal to move.
4.
The Han125 PCB in the battery box 'thinks' that it is a fully functioning 950 driving up the
stairs.
5.
The Han125 then uses the communication line to communicate with the 126EL inside the
track – this exactly the same communication system used in 950 slide track, 2000 power
footrest, 1000 power swivel etc.
6.
The track PCB receives the instruction, and provided the safety circuits are all good will
power the track.
First steps
1.
Figure out if the problem is in the lift or the track – the track can't move if the lift isn't
working.
2.
The lift can move if the track isn't working.
To figure out if the problem is in the lift or the track simply try to drive the lift, if the lift drives
3.
but the track does not then read the display, you have three basic options at this point.
The lift wont drive - at this point fix the lift depending on the fault code – the fault is in the
4.
lift not the track, the track cant move if the lift doesn't move.
5.
The display says n05L – this code means that the 1100 has lost the connection to the
battery box 125 and needs to be re-paired/re-calibrated.
6.
The display says 85L going up and 95L going down then you have an actual.
