Motors

The lift has standard 4 motors. 2 left motors and 2 right motors.
The software on the printed circuit controls the motors and if one of the motors moves idle,
the lift will always fi nish its ride to a landing and than display a fault code.
As soon as an idle motor has been detected the lift will give an audible signal.
If the lift has run on the mechanical endstop, the whole powerpack needs to be replaced.

Symptoms
The lift moves in downwards direction (display showing "8.") and upwards direction (display
showing "9.") until the endposition of the rail. The lift emites an acoustic signal during the ride,
After the lift has reached its endposition the lift won't move.
The display shows consecutively 4 digits.
1st digit: "L"
2nd digit: breakdown code (0 to 4)
3th digit: "="
4th digit: motor number
When this happens: change the applicable motor, if this does not solve the issue, replace the
printed circuit.

Cause
0
Short overcurrent peak
1
Long (2 sec) undercurrent
2
Motor disconnected
3
All motor current sum: overcurrent
4
One motor overcurrent

Unexpected error
Code 8/SL or 9/SL
When the lift is on the end limit ramps and it is permanently displaying 8/SL or 9/SL regardless of call
status (no movement from either lift or track), it is advised to 'un-pair' the 1100 from the slide track
by removing the RF PCB from the 1100PCB, resetting the power pack by disconnecting battery and
charger then reconnecting. Once unpaired and reset then drive the lift up and down until the lift fails
again and gives the correct motor fault display code.
