The remotes

The remotes function via infrared. On the backside is a dipswitch for setting a diff erent code.
Red cover on the backside means the remote functions on infrared.
Orange cover on the backside means the remote functions on radiofrequency (868 Mhz),
this is optional for the 1100.
Blue cover on the backside means the remote functions on radiofrequency (915 Mhz),
this is optional for the 1100.
Green cover on the backside means the remote functions on radiofrequency (2,4 Ghz),
this is optional for the 1100.
Under this cover you can fi nd a dipswitch to set a diff erent canal.
The infrared remotes work out of the box. If they don't, they can be linked as follows:
If the lift does not travel up or down the stairs when the corresponding remote control buttons are
pressed, follow the pro¬cedure set out next. Drive the lift down and open the unit. Get the adapter
out of the socket and disconnect the PCB. Wait for 30 seconds, and press a button on the remote
control and point it at the PCB. Reconnect the PCB. If the display shows a I<>R (infrared) the
relinking of the remote controls was successful. If the linking was not success full because of causes
such as interference or direct sunlight, install a RF remote control kit. Refi t the adapter in the socket.
