To remove the power pack from the Handicare 1100 rail, follow these steps:
1. Remove the diagnostics display cover. 2. Unscrew the safety guards (marked as {A}). 3. Slide the safety guard over the rail and remove it from the power pack (marked as {B}). 4. Remove the two nyloc nuts. 5. Lift off the power pack cover from the unit.
These steps ensure safe removal from the rail.

@gil wilson it pops off and pops back on if you ride it off the track BUT if you’re just trying to switch it from the right to left side you take off the chair part then the leg rest part. And just swap the bolts from left to right or vise versa

If the Handicare 1100 chair has gone past the limit and is stuck at the bottom, remove the end stop to release the limit switch, then drive the lift down.

@gil wilson it pops off and pops back on if you ride it off the track BUT if you’re just trying to switch it from the right to left side you take off the chair part then the leg rest part. And just swap the bolts from left to right or vise versa
Hola la silla se a pasado del tope y ahora está en el filo abajo y no se puede subir no hace nada
If the Handicare 1100 chair has gone past the limit and is stuck at the bottom, remove the end stop to release the limit switch, then drive the lift down.
