In addition to the pendant, which is used to turn the motor on and off and control the valves, the LCD's buttons
allow users to select and set any of the functions described within these instructions�
The LCD version of the PE60 series hydraulic pump models are driven and operated by a set of two
boards: the Power Board and the Control Board (LCD) connected to each other�
The terminals for the main power supply, solid state relays (SSR) and power for the Control Board are located
on the Power Board� The SSR relays control the motor, cooling fan, and solenoid valves� The Power Board
communicates with the Control Board via the RS485 bus protocol� The control board has the connections for the
pendant/foot switch, pressure transducer and flow sensors�
: The control board is an electrostatic sensitive device. Special care has to be taken
while servicing this board.
The Control Board, with its LCD buttons, serves as the primary interface between the operator and the pump�
