Encoder scale factor: This data entry field adjusts the distance measured in one revolution
of the encoder. This is set at the factory and should not require fur-
ther adjustment.
Encoder counts: This data entry field adjusts the number of counts output by the
encoder in 1 revolution of the encoder. This is set at the factory and
should not require further adjustment.
