TROUBLESHOOTING
Grass is being cut
unevenly.
Area of cut (battery
duration) is not large
enough.
The cutting blade is
not rotating while the
mower is switched
on.
Error indicator is
yellow continuous.
Working area is too big.
Blades are dull.
Height of cut is too low, or the
grass is too high.
There is grass wrapped around
the blade disc.
Height of cut is too low, or the
grass is too high.
The grass is wet or damp.
The grass is dense.
The battery is not fully charged.
The lawn area is too large.
The cutting blade is obstructed.
The blade screw is loose.
The lift sensor is activated for 10
seconds.
The obstruction sensor has
tripped 10 times within one
minute.
Adjust the borders/protections to decrease
the size of the mowing area. Recharge
the battery to mow the area twice or
purchase an additional battery to increase
the size of the cut area.
Replace all the blades and screws. Refer
to Replacing the Mower Blade section
on page 30-31. Replacement blades can
be purchased by contacting Customer
Service.
Increase the height of cut.
Check underneath the mower and clear
as necessary (always wear gloves).
Increase the height of cut.
Wait until the grass is dry.
Increase the height of cut and cut more
frequently.
Charge the battery.
Recharge the battery and mow again
or purchase an additional battery for
extended mowing of larger areas.
Remove the safety key and the battery
pack. Clear obstruction (always wear
gloves).
Tighten the blade screws.
Remove and re-insert the safety key.
Check the working area for obstacles
taller than 3.94'' (10 cm) and remove
them. Restart the mower.
Remove and re-insert the safety key.
Remove any obstacles. Check whether
the grass is too tall. If necessary, mow
the grass to below 2.36'' (60 mm) with
a conventional lawn mower. Restart the
mower.
