Cannot connect to the camera
• When using SSL communications, make sure that a
valid certificate is selected, that the device's
[Startup Date/Time: Year] / [Month] / [Day] / [Hour]
(P. 65) settings are correct, and that the certificate
validity is within the startup date/time settings.
• The IP addresses of cameras in the camera group
are duplicated. Change the camera's IP address.
Output
When outputting SDI input video through SDI output, a
signal different from the input is output
• When [Frame Display] for focus / cropping is
enabled, video with superimposed onscreen
displays (P. 54) is output. Check the [Frame
Display] settings (P. 73, 75).
Operation is not performed correctly when using
multiple control methods (controllers, control
application, the camera's Settings Pages, etc.)
• Camera communications (operation, control, IP
video reception, etc.) are duplicated. Register
groups separately or avoid simultaneous multiple IP
video display.
