Registering Cameras Individually (IP/Serial Connection)

Connect and register an individual camera via IP or serial connection (NU Protocol). Up to 5 cameras connected by serial
connection can be registered.
Select the SYSTEM > [Camera Connect. Details] tab.

Select the registration destination (camera number) from [Camera].
• For cameras connected by serial connection, select Camera 1 (RS-422 1 terminal) to Camera 5 (RS-422 5
terminal), depending on the RS-422 terminal used for connection.
• Touch
on the right of the screen to apply the camera number of the currently selected camera.
Select [Connection Type] > [IP], [Serial] or [None].

• Subsequent steps are not required for options other than IP connection.
Select [Search].

• Cameras in the same network that are not registered to the selected group are searched and displayed in a
list.
• When configuring network settings manually, proceed to step 6.
Select a camera from the list.

• Selects the cameras to be registered.
Input the required network settings manually.

– [Administrator Name/User Name]
– [Password]
– [SSL Communications]
– [Port No.]

Select [Apply].
