Section 7 Connecting the Battery
With the Z-Trimmer Pro and Battery Box secured ensure the power switch is in the off position and connect the
Battery (ZT-0127) to the Battery Extension Harness (ZT-0130) aligning the flat edges of both terminals and
tightening the securing nut. Refer to figures A and B.
To charge the battery first disconnect it from the battery harness and remove the battery from the battery box. Allow
battery to cool if warm. Next connect the Battery to the Battery Charger (ZT-0128) as previously described above.
Do not leave battery unattended while charging.
Once connected a red LED will come on to indicate the battery is charging. A second green LED will come on once
charging is complete. Battery can be disconnected at this time.
