With the stop plate secured, tighten all PTO mount plate component hardware at this time.

    PTO Assembly & Handle Assembly Installation To mount the PTO Assembly, insert the Pivot Rod on the PTO Assembly P#(A0623) into the mounting slots located on the Left & Right PTO Mount Plates (Figure A). Tilt the PTO Assembly upward and insert the PTO Mount Pin P#(B0274) through the hole in the top of the Right PTO Mount Plate Assembly.

    Bag Assembly First, take one of the Bag Ring Split Ends and insert it through the Bag Seam Opening. Next, rotate the Bag around the Bag Ring (1) full turn (360 degrees) until the Bag Ring Split Ends and the Bag Seam Opening are positioned on the same side.

    Blower Cone Installation Once the (2) bolts are tight, tighten the Jam Nuts against Thread (1) 5/16”-18 Jam Nut P#(K0120) onto each end the threaded boss as shown in Figure C. of (2) 5/16”-18 x 2-1/2” HHCS P#(K0125) as shown in Figure A.

    Boot Kit Installation Secure the Boot Plate (Item#2) to the Aluminum Boot (Item#1) using (2) Spacer Bushings (Item#3), (2) 3/8”-16 x 1- 1/4” Carriage Bolts (Item#4) and (2) 3/8”-16 Ny-Flange Locknuts (Item#5). Insert the bolts from the inside so that the threads are on top of the boot.

Next remove the (2) 1/4”-20 x 1” HHCS (#2) and place them into the threaded holes of the Taper-Lock Bushing (#5).
