7.3 Operation and control
Periodically inspect and maintain the machine to lengthen the life span. Consult
the Manufacturer for further indications.
Comply with the instructions given in the paragraphs on permitted and prohibited
use.
Respect the maximum number of starts per hour as indicated in the engine
manual.

costantemente immersa sotto al livello minimo previsto, eseguire periodicamente
degli avviamenti per liberarla da eventuali depositi e verificarne la resistenza di
isolamento.
8 MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
Before any intervention on the machine, make sure that the electrical
voltage has been cut off and that it cannot be accidentally restored
during maintenance operations.
Beware! In the event of shutdown due to overload, the appliances fitted
with an automatic reset motor protection switch restart automatically
when the temperature drops below the safety level.
The responsible person must ensure that all maintenance, inspection and
assembly work is carried out by qualified and authorized personnel. Before
proceeding with these works, it is necessary that such personnel become familiar
with the contents of this manual.
Have the machine repaired only by personnel authorized by the Manufacturer to
maintain the guarantee and not compromise the safety of the appliance.
The pumps do not require particular maintenance. Use the Service Kits and special
tools for maintenance. The Service Manual is available upon request.
The reconstruction or modification of the machine must always be approved
by the Manufacturer before being carried out. The original spare parts and
accessories supplied by the Manufacturer guarantee safety. The Manufacturer will
in no case be responsible for the consequences deriving from the use of non-
original spare parts!
The warranty does not cover all those components normally subject
to wear and tear during the correct functioning of the system,
such as shim rings, impellers, guide bearings, pump shaft, etc.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover all damages due to improper use,
transport and storage that are not consistent with what is indicated in this manual.
Contact the Manufacturer for further information and on the possible extension of
the warranty coverage in special machine operating conditions.
If the machine is used for hot and/or dangerous liquids for humans, animals or the
environment, it is essential to inform the personnel who will carry out the repair. If
necessary, empty and rinse the pump, clean the external surfaces and collect the
liquid, in order to guarantee the safety of the operator.
At the end of the work, all safety and protective devices must be reassembled and
put back into operation.
Always use the prescribed PPE (see the dedicated section) and suitable tools.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced or repaired by qualified
personnel.
NOTE: Some internal parts of the pump may contain liquid. For complete removal
it is necessary to completely disassemble the pump.
If the discharged liquid can be harmful to people, animals or the environment, it
must be collected and disposed of correctly.
8.1 Spare parts
Use original spare parts or spare parts approved by the Manufacturer, in order
to avoid possible risks to the health of service personnel and users. Contact the
supplier and/or consult the spare parts tables attached for information.
10 TROUBLESHOOTING
To solve problems related to machine operation, follow the indications in the
"Troubleshooting" table. If you do not have the necessary knowledge and skills,
contact qualified personnel.
Always use PPE (see relevant section) and suitable tools.

If it is not possible to solve the problem by applying what is described in the table,
contact a professional and authorized service center
11 DISPOSAL
The product is not potentially dangerous for human health
and the environment, as it does not contain harmful
substances as per Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), but if
abandoned in the environment it negatively impacts the
ecosystem.
Illegal or incorrect disposal of the product entails severe
legal sanctions of an administrative and/or criminal nature.
