Igniter
Press the igniter button to ignite the burner(s)
with gas coming through the valve.
M Side Shelf
Convenient shelf adds ample space for food prep
and provides hooks for grilling tools.
N Burner Knob
Control the flow of gas to heat up the griddle
cooking surface. After ignition, turn the burner
knobs to determine the heat intensity.
O Regulator Valve
Connect the pressure regulator of the griddle to
the gas tank (fuel source) for use. The regulator
controls the pressure of gas flow.
P Gas Tank Supports
Place the upper support through the collar of the
gas tank. Rest the bottom of the gas tank in the
lower support for stabilization.
Q Grease Tray
The grease tray funnels the drippings and grease
from the griddle and channels them into the
grease bucket. The sliding tray can be removed
on the right-side of the grill for cleaning.

R Open Bottom Cart
The sturdy, open-cart design is perfect for
keeping barbecue tools and seasonings off
the ground.

Griddle Drainage
This simple grease funnel allows drippings and
grease to quickly drain from the cooking surface
to the grease tray.

Griddle
The flat, smooth metal surface is heated by the
two gas burners directly below. Similar to a large
frying pan, the griddle is ideal for heat retention
and cooking quality. Use non-metal utensils on
the surface to avoid scratches and rusting. Keep it
regularly seasoned with oil.
U Lighting Rod
Place a match into the wire device to manually
light the gas burners located under the griddle.
