MESSAGE?
The phone displays the No Service message if the SIP settings have not been set up correctly. Contact
your System Administrator for more information.

You can change the user password from the IP phone UI or the Mitel Web UI. See

WHY DOES MY PHONE DISPLAY BAD ENCRYPTED
CONFIG?
The IP phone displays Bad Encrypted Config because encrypted configuration files are enabled but the
decryption process has failed. Report this error to your System Administrator.

You can restart the phone from the IP phone UI or through the Mitel Web UI. See

You can lock your phone to prevent the phone from being used or configured. You can lock the phone
