Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
1) Release the four screws (T2) securing the protective shield
on the motor (B) and remove it.
2) Loosen but do not release the four screws (T3) holding the
motor to the plate/base (E).
TIGHTENING: While pushing the motor (F) towards the rear
of the machine, tighten the four screws (T3).
REPLACING: To replace the belt, follow the same steps as for
tightening it but with a new belt.

6.4 MOTOR REPLACEMENT

See Figure 19
Follow the steps below to do
1.
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
1) Release the four screws (T2) securing the protective shield
on the motor (B) and remove it.
2) Using a small screwdriver, disconnect the two wires from
the motor (F) leading to the terminal strip.
3) Remove the belt (A).
4) Loosen the set screw (T4) holding the drive wheel (G) to the
axle on the motor (F) and remove it by pulling it upwards.
5) Unscrew the four screws (T3) holding the motor (F) to the
plate/base (E) and remove it at the same time as the spring
underneath.
6) To mount the new motor, follow the same steps but in
reverse.

6.5 REPLACING FUSES

If the machine does not start when you press the correspon-
ding switches, you will need to check the fuses. Follow the
steps below to do so:
1.
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
1) Remove the fuse holder next to the master switch (19).
2) Check whether any fuses have blown (use a tester) and, if
so, replace them with others of the same type and value.

6.6 REPLACING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER CARD
See Figure 20
Follow the steps below to do this:
1.
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
1) Very carefully roll the machine onto its rear side.
2) Unscrew the two feet (H) at the back of the machine.
3) Unscrew the four screws (T5) securing the protective plate
(J) and remove it.
4) Disconnect the wires from the circuit breaker card (K),
noting down the position of each one for subsequent recon-
nection.
5) Unscrew the four screws (T6) securing the circuit breaker
card (K) and remove it.
6) To mount the new circuit breaker card, follow the same
steps but in reverse.

6.7 REPLACING THE LEDS

See Figures 21
Follow the steps below to do this:
1.
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
1) Release the four screws (T2) securing the protective shield
on the motor (B) and remove it.
2) Using a small screwdriver, disconnect the two wires from
the LED strip leading to the terminal strip.
3) Release the two screws (T7) securing the protective shield
(M) and remove it.
4) Pull off the LED strip (P) and remove it.
5) To mount the new LED strip, follow the same steps but in
reverse.
