EXPOSURE MODES

You can choose one of four video shooting modes:
– Program AE mode (P)
– Aperture-priority mode (A)
– Shutter-priority mode (S)
– Manual setting (M)
Cine mode also offers another, fully manual mode.
Notes
• When using a lens with an aperture ring (e.g. Leica M lenses),
only the exposure modes A (aperture-priority) and M (manual
setting) will be available. Where that is the case,
as the aperture value.
• The following applies for all exposure modes: the available shut-
ter speeds for custom settings or those available for automatic
settings depend on the selected frame rate (
see p. 197).
• When Auto ISO is active, the camera uses the dynamic adjust-
ment function for the ISO value for the exposure setting. Depend-
ing on the exposure mode selected, the automatic ISO setting
interacts with automatically controlled aperture and/or shutter
speed settings.
