Motorcycle driving

In case the motorcycle is not well checked before driving, the motorcycle may damage and the accident may occur. Please check the
items as below:
·Steering system
–Steering stem turn freely without jam
–Steering stem is without runout or flexibility
·Throttle
–Correct throttle cable gap
–Throttle turn freely without jam
·Brake assembly
–Brake lever and pedal operation normal
–Correct brake liquid position in brake oil
cup.
–The pressure point is clear in braking
operation
–The brake plate and pads without ice or
greasy dirt
·Shock absorber
–Press it down can return automatically and
smoothly
·Transmission chain
–Without aggressive abrasion or damage.
–Tightness is suitable.

·Tire
–Correct tire pressure
–The depth of tire tread without over-abrasion
–The tire surface without crack or damage
·Engine oil
–Oil level is correct
·Coolant system
–The coolant level is correct
–The coolant is without leakage
·Lights system
–The headlight/front position light,
taillight/brake light, turning signal
light, registration plate light and
instrument light could be normally on.
·Indicator light
–Control the dimmer indicator light,
neutral indicator, and turning signal
indicator by switch assembly which
could normally work. Oil pressure
alarm, EFI malfunction indicator,
water temperature alarm light,
oil level alarm light are without on
or flashing after engine started.
·Horn
–Normally works
·Engine engine cut
–Normally works
·Side stand
–Release or pick-up normal
–Interlocking normal with ignition switch
·Back-view mirro
–Sit on the motorcycle and keep the
motorcycle upright, clearly view the
object 10m behind the motorcycle
with width of 4m from the back-view
mirrors.
–In case failed, adjust the angle of
back-view mirror.
