Set the maximum username length to
Sets a maximum length for user names on FTP sites.
Set the maximum password length to
Sets a maximum length for passwords used to log in to FTP sites.
Set the filename length to
Sets the maximum file name length for files to upload or download.
Set the command line length to
Sets the maximum length for command lines used on FTP sites.

Filtering content

On the FTP Content tab, you can control the type of files that the FTP proxy allows for downloads and
uploads. For example, many hackers use executable files to deploy viruses or worms on a computer, so
you could select to deny the request for *.exe from the list of allowed files in the Downloads text box.
You can also select to deny a file type through FTP that is not listed. For example, if you do not want to
let users upload Windows Media files to an FTP server, add *.wma to the list. Use the asterisk (*) as a
wild card.
Select the FTP Content tab.
