Bain-Marie with continuously heated basin:
The Bain-Marie has a thermostat and an indicator lamp.
The thermostat switches the heating on and off and set the temperature.
Bain-Marie with continuously heated basin (Model-No. 3010 UA, 3021 UA):
The Bain-Marie has a switch with indicator lamp and a thermostat.
The switch with indicator lamp switches the unit on and off.
The thermostat sets the temperature.
Bain-Marie with separately heated basins:
For each basin, the Bain-Marie has a dedicated thermostat and a dedicated indicator lamp.
The thermostats switch the respective heatings on and off and set the temperatures.
