Do not alter or modify this appliance. Never use a defective appliance. - Page 6 Connecting the unit to the mains with its thermostat switch not set to „0“ may cause accidents. Only for Model-No. 3010 UA, 3021 UA: Do not allow this appliance to operate unattended. Ensure that the switch with indicator lamp and the dimmer is set to „0“ before inserting the plug into an electri- cal socket-outlet or connecting the appliance to the power supply.

Except where otherwise agreed by contract, packing will conform to the "HPE Packing Guideline" defined by the German Federal Association of the Wooden Materials, Pallets and Export Packing Industry and by the German Engineering Federation. -

The Bain-Marie has a thermostat and an indicator lamp. The thermostat switches the heating on and off and set the temperature. Bain-Marie with continuously heated basin (Model-No. 3010 UA, 3021 UA): The Bain-Marie has a switch with indicator lamp and a thermostat. -

Fill the Bain-Marie basin manually with water, fill level approx. 20-30 mm. Only Model-No. 3010 UA and 3021 UA: Fill level approx. 10 mm above fill mark. Only Model-No. 3010 UA and 3021 UA: Switch on the switch with indicator lamp. -

GBA H 2000 1 E AINTENANCE AINTENANCE AND REPAIR Maintenance and repairs on the appliance must only be carried out by an author- ized professional observing applicable safety regulations. Improperly executed work will put your safety at risk!
