Do not alter or modify this appliance. Never use a defective appliance. - Page 6 Connecting the unit to the mains with its thermostat switch not set to „0“ may cause accidents. Only for Model-No. 3010 TA, 3021 TA: Do not allow this appliance to operate unattended. Ensure that the switch with indicator lamp and the dimmer is set to „0“ before inserting the plug into an electri- cal socket-outlet or connecting the appliance to the power supply.

The Bain-Marie has a thermostat and an indicator lamp. The thermostat switches the heating on and off and set the temperature. Bain-Marie with continuously heated basin (Model-No. 3010 TA, 3021 TA): The Bain-Marie has a switch with indicator lamp and a thermostat. -

Fill the Bain-Marie basin manually with water, fill level approx. 20-30 mm. Only Model-No. 3010 TA and 3021 TA: Fill level approx. 10 mm above fill mark. Only Model-No. 3010 TA and 3021 TA: Switch on the switch with indicator lamp. -

GBA H 1000 1 E AINTENANCE AINTENANCE AND REPAIR Maintenance and repairs on the appliance must only be carried out by an author- ized professional observing applicable safety regulations. Improperly executed work will put your safety at risk!
