6. Place pivot shaft in the work arm assembly into the slots on the base frame assembly.
NOTE: Make sure the pivot shaft is fully seated down into both slots before tightening down the bolts, to eliminate the possibility
of adding any unnecessary loose play.
7. Install screws, washers, and locknuts securing the retaining plate to the base frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench and a
17mm wrench.
8. Install screw and fender washer securing the retaining plate to the base frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.
9. Repeat Steps 7 and 8 to install the retaining plate and hardware to the other side of the pivot shaft.

Tighten hardware to 14-16 ft-lb (19-21.7 Nm).
