in bias and stitch on the
fold.

the needle to just clear
the folded edge to create

shelled
edge. You
may need to
increase
the needle thread tension
slightly,

the rows at least
5/8

apart.

can also sew
shellstitches on knits
or soft silky wpven fabrics. in any direction.
