USING THE CHOPPER

The chopper is used to chop meat, cheese, onion, herbs, gar-
lic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes, vegetables and fruit.
ATTENTION!
– Do not put overheated (above 60°C) food products into
the chopper bowl (11) to avoid damaging it.
– Do not chop highly dense products such as ice cubes,
frozen foods, nutmeg, coffee beans, grains, and others.
Before you start chopping:
– Cut meat, cheese, onions, vegetables or fruit into
pieces approximately 2x2 cm in size.
– Remove stems of herbs, shell nuts.
– Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
Chopping
Caution: the blades of the chopping knife (12) are very
sharp!
Always hold the chopping knife (12) by the upper plas-
tic end.
Place the chopper bowl (11) on a flat stable surface.
Set the chopping knife (12) on the axis inside the chop-
per bowl (11).
Put the products into the chopper bowl (11).
Note: Do not switch the unit on when the chopper bowl
(11) is empty.
Place the reducer lid (10) on the chopper bowl (11).
Install the motor unit (3) on the geared lid (10) feeding
chute, turn the motor unit (3) clockwise until bump-
ing, make sure that the motor unit (3) is fixed properly.

Break 1 egg into the measuring cup, add salt, a few drops of
vinegar or lemon juice and the required amount of vegetable
oil. Switch the blender on and mix the products to the de-
sired consistency until the oil forms an emulsion.

Put the fruits into the measuring cup and chop them to a
homogeneous mass using the blender attachment.
600 ml
Melt 30 g of butter in a saucepan over low heat, add 100 g of
flour and 30 g of fried onions (pre-chop with a chopper), mix
the ingredients and gradually add 500 ml of milk
300 g.
Cut 100 g of apples and 100 g of banana, crumble 50 g of
cookies with your hands and put all the ingredients into the
measuring cup, add some fruit juice and bring the mixture to
the desired consistency.
400 g.
Cool the boiled potatoes and chop them. You can make
mashed potatoes in the same container in which you boiled
the potatoes.
3 egg whites
Add the egg whites into the measuring cup and whip them
moving the whisk up and down.
50 g.
Cut some stale bread and put it into the chopper bowl, chop
it to the desired consistency.
100 g.
Cut the cheese into cubes of approximately 1 x 1 cm and put
it into the chopper bowl, chop to the desired consistency.
450 g.
Cut meat into small cubes and put it into the chopper bowl,
chop to the desired consistency.
200 g.
Shell nuts, put them into the chopper bowl and chop to the
desired consistency.

Install the motor unit (3) strictly in the vertical position
and evenly.
Connect the unit to the mains by inserting the power
cord plug into the mains socket.
Make sure that speed control knob (6) is set to «Min»
position.
To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (5).
You can adjust speed with speed control knob (6).
For operation at the maximal rotation speed, press and
hold down the button (4).
During operation hold the motor unit (3) with one hand
and the chopper bowl (11) with the other hand.
After using the unit, wait until the chopping knife (12)
fully stops.
Remove the power plug from the mains socket.
Disconnect the motor unit (3) from the geared lid (10)
chute by turning the motor unit (3) counterclockwise.
Remove the reducer lid (10).
Carefully remove the chopping knife (12) taking it by
the plastic end.
Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (11).
ATTENTION!
– Strictly follow the described sequence of actions.
– The maximum capacity of the chopper should not
exceed 450 grams at a time when chopping meat.
– The continuous operating time should not exceed
30 seconds when chopping meat. Allow a break of at
least 2 minutes between work cycles. After 3 continu-
ous cycles, the unit should rest for 30 minutes to cool
down the electric motor.
