Detection zone

When selecting detector placement, run a detection zone test for the glass
break detector. This test allows checking the operation of the device and
determine the sector in which the detector detects glass break.
The location of the detector determines the area to be monitored and the
effectiveness of the security system. When selecting detector placement,
consider the directivity of the detector and the presence of obstacles interfering
with the microphone operation.
The microphone of the detector identi es glass break at a distance of up to 9
metres. To detect glass break, the detector is installed at an angle of up to 90°
to the window or windows.
