a. Measure and eliminate the falltime error:

b. Eliminate the oscilloscope's Jitter:

the Timebase and Trigger Jitter of the oscilloscope.
c. Indicate on the Test Record that you have corrected the measured
Sigma to the true RMS Jitter value.
