1. Connect the HP 8133A Pulse Generator
shown in Figure 3-7.
a. Connect the Output of the Channel under test to the Channel 4
Input on the 'scope.
Trigger Input and Channel 3 Input on the 'scope.
2. Set up 1,he HP 8133A Pulse Generator
3. On the oscilloscope:
a. Press
b. Select the Timebase menu and adjust the Time/Div to 5 ns/div.
c. Adju.st the Delay to 25 ns.
d. Select the Display menu and set the number of averages to 16.
e. Select the Delta

Assign Marker 1 to Channel 3 and Marker 2 to Channel 4.

g. Set the Preset Levels to 50-50% and press Auto Level Set.
