Start a Test for a New Patient

Start a test for a new patient in the Acquisition screen.
1.
Select the Start New Patient icon located in the upper right corner of the
Acquisition screen:
If
A patient test is open with unsaved data, a
message tells that unsaved patient data will
be lost.
Electrodes are put on a patient and then
removed or disconnected, the LED sensors
time out after 30 seconds. When the
electrodes are put on a patient again, the LED
sensors identify a patient. A message opens:
A new patient is identified.

If there are pending print tasks in the queue, a message opens that tells pending
print tasks will be deleted from the queue.
• Select Continue to delete pending print tasks and start the test for the new

Description
Shows patient information, such as patient first name, last name, gender,
age, and other configured information.
Select Save to save the patient information.
Select the Collapse button or select a spont on the Patient Information
screen to collapse and show only the bar. Collapsing the screen saves the
entered information.
Use the keyboard to enter the Patient ID or Visit Number on the screen and
press Search icon
Enter Patient Information on page

Select Start New Patient, all unsaved
patient data is deleted and new patient
data can be entered.
Select Continue with Same Patient, the
data on screen is used.

No if you put electrodes on the same

Yes if you put electrodes on a new patient
and will start a test.
