Screen
You can access the printer driver in the following
ways:

From the Control Panel

Follow the steps below to display the Control Panel to
specify common settings among applications or
performing printer maintenance, such as Print Head
Nozzle Check or Print Head Cleaning.
Windows 11
Click the Start button.. Click All Apps-Windows
Tools-Control Panel-Hardware and Sound and then
View devices and printers-Bluetooth & other
devices-Printers and scanners in this order. Click
your printer icon, and click Printing preferences.
Windows 10
Click the Start button, then click Windows System-
Control Panel-Hardware and Sound and then View
devices and printers in this order. Right-click or long
press the icon of the printer you are using, and then
click Printing preferences.
Windows 8.1/Windows 8
Click Desktop-Settings-Control Panel-Hardware
and Sound and then View devices and printers in
this order. Right-click or long press the icon of the
printer you are using, and then click Printing
preferences.

Using the Printer Driver(Windows)

Windows 7
Click the Start button, then click Control Panel-
Hardware and Sound and then View devices and
printers in this order. Right-click your printer icon,
and click Printing preferences.
The printer driver setting screen is displayed.
Make the necessary settings. These settings become
the default settings of the printer driver.
